If wyour items is ship from one of our Local offices in New York and your product is defective / damaged at the time of delivery, or wrong item was sent with wrong sizes, or not satisfied with order please ship it to the return address associated with your package. Always check package for return address or you can chat with us, @ Onuviastore.com/ you can also  contact us at support@onuviastore.com.com. Returns are 5 to 7 days of received package. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
    2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed"
    3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
